UAB "Theatrical Film Distribution" started its activities in 2013 and is currently one of the largest film distributors in Lithuania. UAB "Theatrical Film Distribution" has exclusive film distribution rights to distribute The Walt Disney Company films in theaters operating in Lithuania. Since March 2020, the company has been distributing Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures International films. UAB "Theatrical Film Distribution" also distributes independent films in Lithuanian cinemas and VOD platforms. Additionally, the company has branches in Estonia and Latvia and is operating under Apollo Group.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Film Studios (Disney, Universal, Paramount, etc.)

  • Understand and anticipate industry trends that will affect network distribution and marketing plans in the short and long-term.

  • Provide market research, competitive analysis, and market strategies.


  • Develop relationships with key partner contacts and decision-makers, maintaining constant visibility and influential partnerships with these individuals.

  • Be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of communication efforts and share best practices.

  • Ensure appropriate strategic and creative execution of all print and video partner-driven marketing materials based upon overall brand objectives.

  • Advertising campaign development and implementation control.

  • Cooperation with other creative studios.

  • Watching and evaluating new movies.

Skills Required for Distribution Marketing Manager

  • To be fluent in spoken and written English.

  • To be a highly organized individual with excellent project management skills and multi-tasking abilities.

  • To have creative and analytical thinking.

  • To have advanced social media and marketing skills.

  • To have experience with MS Excel.
